WILDACRES RETREAT 2011 ME, MYSELF AND GOD SEPTEMBER 2-5, 2011 LABOR DAY WEEKEND Adventures in Exploring our Relationship with God
At Temple Beth El, we like to get outdoors! Each year, we escape to the mountains, where we eat, drink, learn, pray and eat some more! At this year's retreat, we will explore our personal and communal relationships with God. We will reflect on our personal theologies and liturgies. There will plenty of time for relaxation, spending time with family, making new friends, kibbutzing at the traditional wine-and-cheese receptions and exploring the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Non-members are welcome. For more information, please contact Temple Beth El at 704-366-1948 or email Sue Hummel at shummel@beth-el.com

The Story of Wildacres Wildacres was dedicated by I.D. and Madolyn Blumenthal to the betterment of human relations and interfaith dialogue. It is a tradition at Temple Beth El to gather as a family, young and old, singles and families, friends we’ve known forever and friends we haven’t yet met. We participate in exciting and meaningful programs, learn together, eat together in the communal dining hall, pray together during Shabbat and play together exploring the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. As always, there will be ample time for simple relaxation, a good laugh and time to enjoy the fresh air.
