Mitzvah Day 2010 was a huge success! On Sunday, May 16th, more than 450 volunteers showed up bright and early at Camp Mindy for bagels, prayer and beautiful music by our very talented youth choir. It was a wonderful day to give back to the community. Religious school projects alone helped more than 2,000 people. Projects such as the Battered Women’s Shelter and Alexander Youth Center gave our congregants an opportunity to brighten the lives of those in our community who are less fortunate. Thank you to everyone who made this day possible. We have a very limited number of Mitzvah Day T-shirts still available for $15.00.
