Bright Beginnings Reading Program This CMS reading program provides free pre-K for “at risk” children. Reading is in the mornings on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for 30 minutes. You can read once a week, once a month or twice a month. Books are provided and schedules are adjusted to meet your availability.
