  Donations
  I am unable to participate on Sunday, May 18th, but I would like to be part of Mitzvah Day 2007 by sending a donation. Please record that I will be sending my tax deductible contribution of
$          to help defray the cost of Mitzvah Day 2008.
 
  I wish to help ensure that Mitzvah Day will continue to be a blessing to our community by becoming a Kindred Spirit Sponsor. Please add my tax deductable Kindred Spirit donation of $98.00.

Attention: Religious School Parents!
  • Parent participation is required.
  • Both sessions of Religious School will join together for this special event.
  • Parents must arrive with their children at the Temple at 9:00 AM.
  • You may sign up for one of the Religious School projects or any of the other MD 2009 projects.
  • Make sure that the project you choose is age appropriate for your children.
  • Parents must remain with their children during all Mitzvah Day projects.
  • Please join us for breakfast at 9:00 AM

WAIVER: All participants over 18 years of age must sign a waiver. If you are under 18 years of age, a parent of guardian must also sign this waiver.
 
I/We understand that I/we am/are spending the day as a volunteer on projects organized by Temple Beth El
in connection with its Mitzvah Day activities held in conjunction with other non-profit organizations in
Charlotte. I/We understand that in consideration for my being allowed to participate in the Temple Beth El
Mitzvah Day activities, I/we are responsible for my/our behavior and I/we will only perform volunteer work
that I/we feel comfortable doing. Further, I/we agree to release Temple Beth El, its officers, directors and
employees from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities and expenses resulting from or
arising from any personal injury of property damage which I/we may suffer or incur in connection with my/our participation in Mitzvah Day.
