“Figure It Out For Yourself”
The Charlotte Jewish Community received the following letter from one
of the individuals involved in putting graffiti on the walls of Temple
Beth El last August. As we approach the New Year we are taught to forgive.
It certainly presents a challenge for us to forgive considering the
tragedy of September 11th and all that has happened since then.
What do you think?

One of the resolutions that our prayer book constantly hints, is the need
to commit ourselves to more Jewish study, not just for our children but
for all ages!. Just look at the website's new event
BETH EL BEIT MIDRASH — HOUSE OF STUDY
(Page 12 and 13 of the bulletin) and you will
see a growing number of Jewish educational opportunities.
Make a resolution to come to one of these programs.
As Hillel said, " Don't say 'When I have time I will study, for you may
never have time'"
And of course the beginning of the New Year would not be complete
without....................
